Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Merchandise Processor for the Donated Goods Retail department. This role reports to the Production Manager and is non-exempt, requiring standing, lifting, and flexible hours.

The position focuses on processing donations, sorting, pricing, tagging, and stocking to support store goals. Ideal candidates are reliable, able to work in a busy warehouse environment, and committed to providing excellent customer service while supporting daily operations and safety

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• Must be 18+ years old to accommodate store hours and labor laws.
• Ability to read, write and perform simple math.

Responsibilities

• Process textile and other donations, including sorting, pricing, tagging, and stocking to meet production and sales goals.
• Organize and rotate the sales floor; maintain safety and quality standards as directed.
• Provide excellent customer service to donors and customers and support store operations.
