Skechers is seeking a Merchandise Planning Manager to lead the pre-season planning cycle and align sales, stock, AUR, and margins with brand objectives. You will guide the planning calendar, manage OTBs, and oversee cross-functional buy and allocation strategies.

The role requires 6–8 years in merchandise planning with a strong Excel capability, data analysis, and leadership experience. Travel up to 10% is possible; the pay range is $135,000–$150,000 per year in USD.

Qualificações

• Strong aptitude for numbers and retail math understanding.
• Experience in SKU-level and category-level planning, financial planning process and reporting/models.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the pre-season planning cycle and develop/ review sales, stock, AUR and margin plans.
• Maintain planning calendar and ensure milestones are met across teams.
• Oversee brand-level OTBs and communicate plans to merchandising teams.
• Schedule and lead weekly/monthly in-season forecast and OTB meetings.
