Job summary

QVC Group is seeking a Merchandise Planner to drive on-air sales and category productivity across channels. You will analyze sales, margins, inventory, returns, promotions, and customer trends to recommend next actions that improve productivity and support the customer experience.

You will partner closely with fellow Planners and cross-functional teams to guide assortment, pricing, markdowns, reorder, and promotional decisions for your assigned categories.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in merchandise planning, assortment planning, inventory planning, or a related retail planning role.
• Ability to use data to develop ideas, build strategies, and recommend actions that improve sales, inventory productivity, and margin.
• Experience analyzing business performance across sales, promotions, pricing, markdowns, and returns.
• Strong understanding of the retail industry and how planning decisions affect the customer experience and business results.
• Ability to work across teams and influence decisions in a fast-moving, cross-channel environment.

• Price products, manage markdowns, and deliver category margin to plan.
• Monitor programming and advise on adjustments across channels to improve performance.

The Merchandise Planner supports QVC , and helps drive sales, inventory productivity, and category performance across channels.

In this role, you will report to the Manager of Merchandise Planning and own planning decisions that shape how product performs on air and across the business. You will analyze sales, margin, inventory, returns, promotional activity, and customer trends to recommend next actions that improve productivity and support the customer experience.

You will partner closely with fellow Planners and cross-functional teams to guide assortment, pricing, markdown, reorder, and promotional decisions for your assigned categories. This is a strong fit for a planner who enjoys turning data into action, works well in a fast-moving retail environment, and brings sound judgment to both in-season and future planning.

Where You'll Work

This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at West Chester, PA several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, DE, or NJ . Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
