Job summary

Guitar Center Inc. invites applications for a Lead Commercial Installer. You will report to the Production Manager and coordinate with Project Managers daily to install, startup, and close out jobs while supporting design and other assignments.

The role ensures safety, accuracy in timecards, and adherence to company standards. You will oversee a team across multiple crews, train apprentices on procedures, and maintain project turnover to clients and service departments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years working in the electronic field where AC/DC theory is used daily.
• Proper hand and power tool operations and safety.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Ability to wire and troubleshoot relay logic.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Installs and pulls wire as per specifications.
• Installs and wires equipment used in systems.
• Tests all equipment after termination to ensure system performance.
• Maintain/install van and van stock; keep tidy and organized.
• Oversee installation with multiple crews to stay on track with estimates.
