The TJX Companies, Inc. in Lawrence, KS is seeking an hourly Retail Associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring a smooth flow of goods to the sales floor. You will engage with customers and maintain a clean, organized store to deliver an excellent shopping experience.

We value teamwork, strong communication, and flexibility to work nights and weekends. Prior retail experience is favored; leadership exposure helps growth in our fast-paced, vibrant TJX environment.

Competenze

• Retail experience of at least 1 year.
• Leadership experience of at least 6 months is beneficial.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Mansioni

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards; ensure Associates process efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and coded; communicate with management.
• Organize back stock for replenishment; monitor productivity and provide feedback.
• Support and participate in shrink reduction, safety, and compliance programs.
