Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a store team member to help execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring a smooth flow of goods to the sales floor. You will engage customers, maintain a clean store, and model superior service.

Responsibilities include training Associates, organizing back stock, and upholding safety and labor policy compliance. Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, is required. Prior retail exposure and leadership experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changes in direction.
• Team player, able to work effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• 1 year of retail experience and 6 months in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing by Associates.
• Provide an excellent customer experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Organize back stock for replenishment and ensure proper tagging and coding of merchandise.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and safety standards.
