Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Merchandise Operations Associate to support store sales and the customer experience through stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and merchandise handling in our store.

You will help maintain stockroom organization, participate in price changes, signage, and event setup while following safety procedures. A retail background and basic Microsoft Office skills are preferred, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 35 pounds.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Process merchandise handling, transfers, inbound and outbound freight, and customer orders.
• Place merchandise, complete price changes and reticketing, and maintain stockroom organization and inventory controls.
• Support visual merchandising, sale events, signage, and in-store event setup and takedown.
• Follow safety procedures in the stockroom, on the dock, and in other work areas.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to manage competing tasks and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds where required.
