Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking an energetic retail professional to execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring Associates process merchandise efficiently and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll work as part of a collaborative team across TJ Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, and more, in a fast-paced environment that values growth and development. Qualifications include 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months of leadership exposure, with flexibility for nights

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience and maintain an organized store.
• Coordinate with team to ensure merchandise is processed and stocked.
• Organize back stock for replenishment and ensure proper tagging and shelving.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing standards.
• Monitor team productivity and provide coaching as needed.
• Communicate with management to ensure smooth flow of goods to sales floor.
• Assist in driving customer satisfaction and adherence to store policies.
• Support safety, cleanliness, and recovery standards in the backroom area.
• Promote loyalty programs and store promotions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
