The TJX Companies, Inc. in Lynchburg, VA is hiring for a position at TJ Maxx focused on receiving and merchandising, delivering an excellent customer experience, and ensuring a clean, organized store environment.

You will train and mentor Associates on merchandising, manage tagging and backroom organization, and coordinate with management to keep goods flowing to the sales floor. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends, with at least 1 year of retail and 6 months of leadership

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing.
• Engage with customers to deliver an excellent experience.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured and coded.
• Maintain backroom organization and stock rotation.
• Coordinate with management to ensure flow of goods to the sales floor.
