Under supervision, you will ensure accurate stocking, assist in store initiatives, locate items, and deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to visual standards. The role emphasizes teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proficient with RF guns, PC, iOS devices, Excel/Word, and store software.
• Ability to learn merchandising standards and maintain visual presentations.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound merchandise and present on selling floor.
• Maintain floor presentation standards.
• Support floor recovery, replenishment, and peak business needs.
• Locate requested merchandise and complete customer orders.
• Provide excellent customer service and address needs promptly.
• Perform ad hoc duties as needed.
