Job summary

Saks OFF 5TH is seeking a Merchandise Operations Associate to support daily merchandise handling, placement, and floor presentation across our Woodbury location. The role emphasizes fast, accurate order fulfillment and exceptional customer service.

You will work under the Merchandise Operations Team Supervisor/Manager, ensuring standards are met in placement, presentation, and replenishment while handling lifting and stocking tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing retail roles is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move merchandise as needed.
• Strong visual presentation and merchandising standards.
• Comfort with using store technology and POS tools.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound merchandise and position on selling floor per standards.
• Maintain placement and presentation in line with visual guidelines.
• Support floor replenishment and store projects as needed.
• Locate requested merchandise and fulfill customer orders promptly.
• Deliver excellent customer service and address customer needs quickly.
