Qualifications

• Generate AdHoc reports using Excel for PO, POS, price changes and daily sales.
• Maintain the purchase order logbook with the Assistant Buyer.
• Own the PO creation process by collaborating with vendors and buying team.
• Track merchandise logistics and troubleshoot shipping issues.
• Support digital and photography planning and product display activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sample management, including receiving, movements, and delivery.
• Use Stella dashboard to manage merchandise workflow and address issues.
• Prepare samples and photography leadsheets for Creative Production.
• Review and validate images for digital platform display.
• Foster vendor relationships and maintain contact records.
