Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1-2+ years of fast-paced retail management experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reports, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expenses.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed store goals.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line sales growth.
• Manage scheduling, payroll budgets, and workload across omni-channel tasks.
• Review store financial and operational reports.
• Lead and develop a diverse team, including training and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with policies, dress code, and SOPs.
