Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of fast-paced, retail management or related work experience.
• Financial management: drive top-line sales, interpret reporting data, manage payroll budgets and control expenses.
• Retail management: monitor inventory, execute merchandising directives and achieve operational excellence.
• Leadership management: attract, develop, and motivate a team; lead through change and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and cost control.
• Review financial and operational reports and act on findings.
• Lead and coach associates; ensure effective training and development.
• Ensure adherence to all policies, procedures and dress code.
• Execute guest engagement and service initiatives to drive sales.
