The MM will oversee shipment, replenishment, omni-channel activities, price changes, and markdowns while guiding a team of Task Associates and reporting to the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of fast-paced retail management or other relevant work experience.
• Financial management: success with driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expense.
• Leadership management: experience with attracting, developing, and motivating top talent, leading others through change.

Responsabilités

• Promote accountability to meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control.
• Schedule using the company tools to manage attendance and staffing within budget.
• Lead guest engagement and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and standards.
