• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive merchandising and operational execution including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution, workload planning, and in-stock replenishment to support sales readiness.
• Oversee pricing changes, promotional execution, and Ship from Store fulfillment.
• Coach and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing training.
