Responsibilities

• Lead merchandising and store operations including truck processing and planogram sets.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and timely promotional execution.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain customer-ready environment.
• Oversee stock movement, replenishment, and in-stock optimization.
• Train and develop store team members.
• Support asset protection and shrink reduction.
• Manage Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
• Coordinate with store leadership on staffing and execution.
