• Retail management: monitoring inventory, achieving operational excellence, driving a service culture, and executing merchandising directives.
• Leadership: attracting, developing, and motivating top talent, adapting to change, and leading a team.

• Promote accountability to meet/exceed store goals (retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, shrink).
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales, and expense control.
• Use scheduling tools to optimize productivity and staffing within budget.
• Review financial and operational reports and act on insights.
• Lead the Guest Engagement Leader program to enhance guest experience and drive store KPIs.
