Ulta Beauty is seeking a Merchandise Manager to lead a high-performing team in delivering top-line sales growth through effective store operations, replenishment, omni-channel, and pricing strategy. You will manage a team, coach and develop associates, and partner with store leadership to optimize guest experience and business results.

The role requires 1–2+ years of retail management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to drive accountability, with a flexible full-time schedule

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma preferred.
• 1-2+ years of retail management or related experience.
• Ability to manage payroll budgets and inventory controls.
• Leadership of a diverse team and guest-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for sales and guest loyalty.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and cost control.
• Manage scheduling, omni-channel tasks, and payroll within budgets.
• Review financial and operational reports and act on insights.
• Lead training, coaching, and development of associates.
• Oversee merchandising, pricing updates, and markdowns.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
