Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards; ensure associates process efficiently and as a team.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent experience and keep store clean and organized.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and coded; communicate flow to the sales floor.
