Responsibilities include SOP compliance, MOD coverage, floor leadership, and end-to-end inventory control.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience executing merchandising plans and visual standards.
• Strong inventory control and loss prevention awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Lead in-store operations and SOP adherence.
• Oversee truck processing, stock flow, and backroom organization.
• Execute planograms and ensure visual standards.
• Manage pricing updates and promotional signage.
• Support Ship-from-Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
• Coach and develop store team members and maintain safety standards.
