Job summary

Lead and develop the team, oversee SOP adherence, drive in-stock optimization, ship-from-store, RTV/ASN processes, and pricing changes while maintaining a clean, organized floor and backroom.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in SOP adherence and company programs.
• Lead truck execution and ensure timely unloading and flow of merchandise.
• Plan workload and prioritize daily tasks with store leadership.
• Execute in-stock routines and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain price changes and pricing integrity across floor and systems.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
• Manage inventory control, shrink reduction, and stock movement.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through onboarding.
