Responsabilités

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing.
• Provide an excellent customer experience and maintain a clean store.
• Orchestrate truck delivery and prioritize merchandise flow to sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and secured.
• Communicate with management to keep priorities aligned and progress updated.
• Promote safety, compliance with policies, and loss prevention goals.
