Job summary

Marshalls in Jackson, TN seeks a store team member to execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring a superior customer experience. You’ll help maintain a clean, organized store and assist with training Associates, handling merchandise flow and backroom organization.

You will interact with customers, support a safe shopping environment, and contribute to programs like discounts and loyalty initiatives. The role requires flexibility, reliability, and a team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Maintains store standards and merchandising accuracy
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes processing of merchandise onto the sales floor
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing
• Ensures proper tagging, hanging, and coding of merchandise
• Communicates with leadership to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor
• Promotes safety and compliance with store policies and procedures
• Supports store shrink reduction goals and credit/loyalty programs
• Works with management on training needs and feedback
