Job summary

Marshalls in New Orleans is seeking a responsive retail associate to execute merchandising standards and guest service. You will help keep the store clean, well-organized, and stocked, while engaging with customers to provide a superior shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate truck delivery and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Ensure items are properly tagged, hung, and coded.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing procedures.
• Maintain backroom organization and replenishment processes.
• Support safety, labor law compliance, and store policies.
