Job summary

Homesense at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking team members in Exton, PA to execute receiving and merchandising standards while delivering an excellent customer experience.

You will help train Associates, organize stock, and ensure proper tagging and replenishment to keep the floor stocked and appealing. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards on the sales floor.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain store cleanliness.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing.
• Prioritize tasks to maintain efficient flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Promote safety, labor compliance, and adherence to store policies.
• Support management on training needs and store shrink reduction goals.
