Homesense, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a team-oriented associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards and help maintain a clean, organized store. You will engage customers, support a fast-paced workflow, and train teammates to process merchandise efficiently.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic off-price retail environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Experience in training or mentoring associates is a plus.
• Retail experience preferred, including basic store operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to keep goods moving to the floor.
• Ensure accurate tagging, hanging, and coding of merchandise.
• Coordinate with management to maintain clean, organized backrooms and sales floor.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Promote exceptional customer service and a positive store environment.
