Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing of merchandise.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain clean, organized store areas.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles and processing.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and coded; monitor workflow to the sales floor.
• Support store plans, communicate priorities, and provide progress updates.
• Promote safety, labor law compliance, and adherence to policies and programs.
