Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, is seeking a store associate at our Canby, OR location. The role focuses on receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing and a positive customer experience.

You will work with a team to keep the store clean, organized, and stocked, while supporting leadership in daily operations. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership exposure, with strong communication, multi-tasking, and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing and team collaboration.
• Creates a positive customer experience and maintains a clean, organized store environment.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Ensures tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise.
• Communicates with management to ensure smooth operations and priority setting.
