Job summary

You will lead by example, train Associates, and ensure merchandise is properly tagged, organized, and available on the sales floor. Applicants should have at least 1 year of retail experience with 6 months in a leadership capacity, strong communication, and the ability to multitask during busy shifts, including nights

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and at least 6 months in leadership.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing directions.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to keep the store organized and efficient.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service and a positive experience.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is correctly tagged, hung, and stocked on the sales floor.
• Coordinate with management to maintain flow of goods and prioritize tasks.
• Support safety, cleanliness, and store procedures across backroom and floor areas.
