Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is recruiting for a HomeGoods position in Dublin, CA to deliver a high-quality customer experience on the sales floor.

You will engage with customers, process purchases and returns, and help maintain an organized, clean store environment while supporting store safety and loss-prevention goals. You should be capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced setting, have strong communication, and be flexible to work varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Accurately ring purchases/returns and handle cash according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the floor.
• Participate in store recovery, cleanliness, and safety activities.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and shrink reduction goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
