The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring a Full Time Merchandise Coordinator at Marshalls in Lewisville, TX. This role focuses on executing merchandising standards, managing backroom organization, and mentoring Associates in a fast-paced retail environment.

The coordinator will oversee truck deliveries, stock rotation, tagging, and signage, while coaching teammates, supporting safety initiatives, and promoting credit and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.

Formación

• One year of retail experience and six months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Capability to lift heavy objects, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Strong multitasking abilities and adaptability to unexpected situations.
• Team player who works effectively with peers and supervisors.

Responsabilidades

• Create a positive internal and external customer experience at every touchpoint.
• Orchestrate truck deliveries, prioritizing processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Organize and rotate back stock for easy replenishment.
• Maintain backroom cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Ensure compliance with recycling and hazardous waste programs where applicable.
• Monitor team productivity and coach Associates as necessary.
• Support store shrink reduction goals and promote safety awareness.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to drive customer engagement.
