Job summary

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing by Associates.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent shopping experience.
• Manage backroom organization and stock rotation for replenishment.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles and processes.
• Maintain tagging, hanging, and coding of merchandise and communicate priorities to the team.
• Support store safety, cleanliness, and adherence to labor policies.
