Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Store Associate at our HomeGoods location in Seabrook. You will execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates are processing efficiently and delivering an excellent customer experience.

You will work as part of a team, maintain organization, and uphold safety and loss-prevention programs. The role requires the ability to work nights and weekends, strong communication and organizational skills, and the capacity to train others.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure associates process efficiently and collaboratively.
• Provide excellent customer experience and maintain store cleanliness.
• Tag, hang, secure, and code merchandise correctly.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Communicate with management to ensure flow of goods to sales floor.
• Monitor productivity and coach as needed.
• Support safety, labor, and loss-prevention programs.
