Job summary

Paradies & Co. is seeking an organized and enthusiastic Merchandise Coordinator to join our screen printing and product development team in Sanford, FL.

This entry-level role offers a clear path to growth into Sales, Product Development, Account Management, or Operations. You will manage the flow of customer projects from purchase order to production, coordinate sampling and schedules with the in-house team, and ensure deadlines are met.

Responsibilities

• Process new and reorder customer purchase orders.
• Coordinate sampling and production schedules with our in-house production team.
• Track projects to ensure deadlines are met.
• Review orders, artwork, and production details for accuracy.
• Communicate updates with Sales, Product Development, Purchasing, and Production.
• Help troubleshoot production challenges and find solutions.
• Maintain organized records and keep systems up to date.
• Support the team to create an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

As a Merchandise Coordinator, you'll help keep customer projects moving from purchase order to production.

Your day may include:

• Processing new and reorder customer purchase orders.
• Coordinating sampling and production schedules with our in-house production team.
• Tracking projects to ensure deadlines are met.
• Reviewing orders, artwork, and production details for accuracy.
• Communicating updates with Sales, Product Development, Purchasing, and Production teams.
• Helping troubleshoot production challenges and finding solutions.
• Maintaining organized records and keeping our systems up to date.
• Supporting the team wherever needed to create an exceptional customer experience.
