Job summary

Marshalls in Tyler, TX seeks team members to execute receiving and merchandising standards, engage customers, and keep a clean, organized store. You’ll work with Associates to prioritize tasks, support the flow of goods from truck to sales floor, and help uphold a fast, friendly shopping experience.

The role requires a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task and train others. Prior retail and leadership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to multitask and adapt to changes.
• Capable of training others.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensures excellent customer experience by engaging with customers.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing.
• Organizes back stock and maintains cleanliness.
• Ensures proper tagging, hanging, and coding of merchandise.
• Communicates with management to keep flow of goods.
• Supports store shrink reduction goals and safety standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
