Job summary

Marshalls at USA Marshalls Store 0590 Tyler TX is seeking a team member to deliver an outstanding customer experience and support store operations. The role requires daytime weekday shifts with weekend availability, contributing to a positive store culture and adherence to company standards.

You will engage customers, process transactions, assist with merchandising, and participate in safety and loss prevention initiatives. Previous retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean store environment.
• Support and uphold merchandising and loss prevention standards.
• Ring customer purchases/returns accurately and count change.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor following procedures.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain store cleanliness.
• Contribute to safety and shrink reduction programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
