Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience required.
• 6 months of leadership experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards; ensures Associates process efficiently.
• Delivers excellent customer experience through engagement and a clean, organized store.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintains proper tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise.
• Coordinates with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure smooth flow of goods to sales floor.
