Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and embodying our customer experience principles.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and support operational standards, including merchandise handling and loss prevention.
• Support various store functions, potentially working across multiple areas to meet business needs.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
• Support shrink reduction initiatives and adhere to all policies and labor laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
