Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with merchandising and freight processing tasks delegated by the Store Manager.
• Helping with hiring, training, and development of store staff as delegated.
• Supporting all store functions and daily activities as directed.
• Performing opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Protecting and securing store assets, including cash.
• Maintaining safety guidelines and a professional environment.
• Ensuring the store, stockroom, and sales floor meet company standards.
• Providing supervisory oversight for hourly associates when the Store Manager is absent.
• Processing corporate directives and store communications.
• Managing freight flow and stock replenishment.
• Meeting or exceeding productivity standards.
• Assisting in ordering, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
• Planning and maintaining sales-effective displays and merchandise plans.

Minimum Requirements:

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to lift, bend, and transport up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
