• Assisting with merchandising and freight processing tasks delegated by the Store Manager.
• Supporting hiring, training, and development of store associates.
• Performing store functions and daily activities as directed.
• Managing store assets and ensuring safety policies are followed.
• Maintaining a professional environment and store standards.
• Supervising hourly associates when the Store Manager is absent.
• Processing corporate directives and store communications.
• Assisting with merchandise receipt, return, and freight management.

Minimum Requirements:
