Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with merchandising and freight processing tasks delegated by the Store Manager
• Participating in hiring, training, and developing store associates as delegated
• Supporting all store functions and daily activities as directed
• Performing opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager
• Protecting company assets, including cash
• Adhering to policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Maintaining a professional environment with customers and staff
• Ensuring store cleanliness and organization, including stockroom and sales floor
• Providing supervisory responsibility for hourly associates when the Store Manager is absent
• Processing directives related to store activities and merchandise receipt and return
• Managing freight flow and maintaining stockroom organization
• Meeting productivity standards and assisting with merchandise ordering and stocking
• Planning and maintaining sales floor displays and monthly sales plans

Minimum Requirements:

• Preferred prior retail and management experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a high-energy team environment
