Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with merchandising and freight processing tasks delegated by the Store Manager
• Supporting hiring, training, and development of store associates as delegated
• Assisting with all store functions and daily activities as directed by the Store Manager
• Performing opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager
• Helping protect and secure all company assets, including store cash
• Adhering to all policies and safety guidelines
• Maintaining a professional and friendly environment with customers, staff, and supervisors
• Ensuring all store areas meet company standards, including recovery and organization
• Assuming direct supervisory responsibility for hourly associates when the Store Manager is absent
• Processing corporate directives and communications related to store activities
• Assisting with receipt and return of merchandise, including following VIP and DSD policies
• Managing freight flow and stock organization
• Meeting or exceeding productivity standards
• Assisting with ordering, stocking, and merchandising merchandise, including frozen and refrigerated items
• Planning and maintaining sales-effective displays and monthly sales plans

Minimum Requirements:

• Prior retail and management experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
