Responsibilities:

1. Assist with all store functions and daily activities as directed by the Store Manager.
2. Perform opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
3. Help protect and secure all company assets, including store cash.
4. Follow all policies and safety guidelines.
5. Maintain a professional and friendly environment for customers, staff, and supervisors.
6. Keep all store areas, including stockroom and sales floor, organized and up to standards.
7. When the Store Manager is absent, oversee hourly associates.
8. Process corporate directives related to store operations.
9. Assist with receipt and return of merchandise, following VIP and DSD policies.
10. Help manage freight flow and merchandise stocking.
11. Meet or exceed productivity standards.
12. Assist with ordering and stocking merchandise, including frozen and refrigerated items.
13. Maintain stockroom organization and ensure sales floor effectiveness.
14. Plan and implement merchandising strategies and sales planners.

Minimum Requirements:

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
