Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with merchandising and freight processing tasks delegated by the Store Manager.
• Supporting hiring, training, and development of store associates as delegated.
• Assisting with all store functions and daily activities as directed.
• Performing opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Helping protect and secure company assets, including cash.
• Maintaining a professional environment with customers, staff, and supervisors.
• Ensuring store areas, stockroom, and sales floor meet company standards, including recovery.
• Providing supervisory oversight for hourly Associates when the Store Manager is absent.
• Processing corporate directives and store communications.
• Handling receipt and return of DSD merchandise, following VIP and DSD policies.
• Managing freight flow and maintaining stockroom organization.
• Supporting ordering, stocking, and merchandising efforts to ensure sales effectiveness.
• Participating in planning and implementing sales strategies and visual merchandising.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Preferred prior retail and management experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to lift and transport merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
