Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with merchandising and freight processing tasks delegated by the Store Manager.
• Help with hiring, training, and developing store associates as delegated by the Store Manager.
• Support all store functions and daily activities as directed by the Store Manager.
• Perform opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Help protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a professional and friendly environment for customers, staff, and supervisors.
• Keep all store areas, including stockroom and sales floor, organized and up to standards.
• When the Store Manager is absent, assume direct supervisory responsibility for hourly associates.
• Process corporate directives and store communications related to activities and compliance.
• Assist with receipt and return of merchandise, following VIP and DSD policies.
• Manage freight flow and ensure sales floor productivity.
• Assist in ordering, stocking merchandise, and maintaining stockroom organization.
• Ensure the sales floor is effective daily and assist in planning and merchandising efforts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Preferably prior retail and management experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to lift, bend, and transport up to 50 lbs of merchandise.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
