Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with merchandising and freight processing tasks delegated by the Store Manager.
• Supporting hiring, training, and development of store associates.
• Performing store functions and daily activities as directed.
• Handling opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Protecting company assets, including store cash.
• Maintaining a professional environment with customers, staff, and supervisors.
• Ensuring store areas meet company standards, including recovery and organization.
• Supervising hourly associates when the Store Manager is not present.
• Processing corporate directives and store communications.
• Managing receipt and return of merchandise, following policies.
• Supporting freight flow management and stock organization.
• Meeting productivity standards and assisting in merchandise ordering and stocking.
• Planning and maintaining sales-effective displays and merchandising.

Minimum Requirements:

• Preferably prior retail and management experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to lift and transport merchandise up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
