Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities as directed by the Store Manager.
• Perform opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Help protect and secure all company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to all policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a professional, friendly environment with customers, employees, and supervisors.
• Keep all store areas, including the stockroom and sales floor, to company standards, including recovery.
• When the Store Manager is absent, take supervisory responsibility for hourly associates.
• Process all corporate directives and communications related to store activities as delegated.
• Assist with receipt and return of DSD merchandise, following VIP and DSD policies.
• Help manage freight flow and meet productivity standards.
• Assist in ordering, stocking merchandise, and maintaining stockroom organization.
• Ensure the sales floor is sales-effective daily and assist in planning merchandising strategies.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Prefer prior retail and management experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to lift and transport merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
