Responsibilities:

• Assist with store functions, merchandising, freight processing, and daily activities as directed by the Store Manager
• Support in hiring, training, and developing store associates
• Perform opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager
• Help protect company assets and ensure safety policies are followed
• Maintain a friendly environment for customers and staff
• Keep the store, stockroom, and sales floor organized and stocked to company standards
• When the Store Manager is absent, oversee hourly associates and store operations
• Process corporate directives and communicate related store activities
• Assist with merchandise receipt, return, freight flow, and stock management
• Ensure sales floor effectiveness and assist with merchandising and sales planning

Minimum Requirements:

• Retail and management experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, team environment
