Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or fashion-related field is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and lookup functions, plus data analysis and reporting.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and cross-department collaboration abilities.
• On-site work at the Acton, MA corporate office four days per week.

Responsibilities

• Serve as TPS brand ambassador and support multiple Buyers.
• Monitor and resolve warehouse, shipping, and packing issues with logistics and vendors.
• Assist E-Commerce team with product setup, updates, and merchandising on the digital site.
• Maintain SKU/item data in system including descriptions, pricing, and images.
• Enter/modify purchase orders across departments and manage changes/cancellations.
• Communicate PO changes and shipment statuses with vendors.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Planning, Distribution, and Fulfillment.
• Create and run reports for Buyers (sales recaps, on-order, inventory).
• Organize merchandise samples for photography, styling, and meetings.
• Support Marketing with product details for promotional content and catalogs.
